How to create bootable media
Installation instructions with UltraISO
1) Use the File – Open menu and specify the path to the comss_boot_usb_2020_06.iso image file.
2) Select the Boot menu – Burn disk image.
3) In the Disk Drive field, select the desired USB device and click Burn.
4) Make sure you have selected the correct USB device and click Yes. All data on the selected drive will be deleted.
5) Wait for the recording to complete.

Installation instructions with Rufus
1) Select the required USB device from the list and specify the path to the comss_boot_usb_2020_06.iso file by clicking SELECT.
2) The rest of the parameters will be set automatically. We recommend using the latest version of Rufus.
3) Press “START” to start recording.
4) If necessary, confirm downloading and updating the bootloader files.
5) Make sure you have selected the correct USB device and click OK. All data on the selected drive will be deleted.
6) Wait for the completion of the progress and the inscription DONE at the bottom of the program.

Installation instructions using Universal USB Installer
1) Download the Universal USB Installer utility (1.7 MB) .
2) Run the utility and click I Agree to get started.
3) In the “Step 1” field, select Try Unlisted Linux ISO.
4) In the “Step 2” field, click Browse and specify the path to the comss_boot_usb_2020_06.iso file.
5) In the “Step 3” field, select your USB device.
6) Check the Fat32 Format Drive (Erases Content). All files from the USB device will be deleted .
7) click Create and complete the file copy. Then, click Close to close the utility.
Rename the USB device (a check mark) COMSS. It is necessary to properly launch Kaspersky Rescue Disk.
